The food was really delicious, I'm obsessed with the Zepolli. The service was quick and the area is very homey but I only got carry out so I didn't stay for too long.

Recently was in Payson for the weekend and decided to try Rosati's on Saturday evening. Take outs only as this is not a sit and eat place. I ordered Italian Beef Sandwich with french fries on the side. In about 25 minutes the food was ready. I took the food back to a motel. The sandwich looked great, was warm, and smelled good. I took the first bite and was pretty pleased with the taste and flavor ; and a few minutes later the whole sandwich was gone.
The owner is extremely friendly, helpful and fair. The food , even the pizza has so much flavor and seasonings. they do not skimp on cheese and sauce and the portions are huge! i feed the 3 of us with one entree! so fresh, so full of flavor! We are now regulars!
This Rosati's pizza has great service and amazing food. We had the Meat Mania thin crust, and there were so many toppings and it was cooked perfectly. The kids had plain pepperoni and loved it. We added the Antipasto salad, when we asked them to recommend a great salad. We were not disappointed! The Sweet Italian dressing was so flavorful. Next time we will try the wings.
